#LGBTSouth Convening
9:00 a.m.
The Spectrum Center
210 S 25th Ave
Hattiesburg, MS

The Campaign for Southern Equality is thrilled to announce this convening to bring together grassroots leaders in the Deep South.

At this one-day convening, CSE – along with local partners like The Spectrum Center – will host workshops, trainings, and conversations about critical topics for LGBT* Southerners, including the continued push for full legal equality and access to quality healthcare.

In April, we brought together over 500 LGBT* activists from across the region at the 2nd annual LGBT* in the South Conference. We hope that this satellite convening will keep building connections between local LGBT* organizers doing vital groundwork to fight for equality in the South.

If you live in or near the Hattiesburg area, we hope you will join us in these efforts toward building a better South.
Stay tuned for updates and scheduling in the coming weeks, and visit lgbtinthesouth.com for more information.

This is event is free and open to the public.
